Every great meal has a story, and ours begins in 2018 the beautiful town of Casas Grandes, Chihuahua, Mexico, where our founder, Cindy Macias, learned the value of family, tradition, and authentic home cooking. Growing up surrounded by generations of family recipes, Cindy developed a passion for preparing meals that brought loved ones together around the table.

Twenty-five years ago, Cindy came to the United States with a dream—to build a better future while sharing the rich culinary traditions of her hometown. Determined to turn that dream into reality, she brought with her the original family recipes that had been treasured for generations.

It wasn’t long before Cindy discovered her passion for catering. What started as preparing meals for family and friends quickly grew through word-of-mouth into a thriving business. Her commitment to authentic flavors, fresh ingredients, and exceptional customer service earned her a reputation for excellence from the very beginning.

Today, Cindy is proud to serve communities across Arizona, bringing the authentic taste of Mexico to weddings, birthdays, corporate events, family gatherings, and every celebration in between. Every dish is prepared with the same love, care, and tradition that inspired her journey more than two decades ago.
